About our union:

College of the Desert Faculty Association (CODFA) CTA/NEA is an affiliate of the California Teachers Association and the National Education Association. Additionally, CODFA is a contract school of the Faculty Association of California Community Colleges.

CODFA is the exclusive representative for the unit of employees at Mt. San Antonio College known as Full-Time Professors included in the unit are Instructors (credit and noncredit), Counselors, Librarians, Instructional Specialists, Department Chairpersons, and faculty on reassigned time.

I am a part-time faculty member. Can I receive support from CODFA?

We stand with our part-time faculty. However, we can only provide assistance and support to full-time faculty. The College of the Desert Adjunct Association (CODAA) can help out!
