Yes, there is a nominal membership fee which funds the resources and services provided by the union. This fee supports collective bargaining efforts, legal assistance, and various member services that aim to enhance faculty working conditions. The monthly dues are less than ten dollars a month.

Getting involved with CODFA is easy! Attend our meetings, participate in events, or join committees focused on specific labor advocacy issues. We also encourage members to engage in local and state-level initiatives that align with our mission.
